1. What is ‘FREE AFTER 5/55’ Promotion about?

FREE AFTER 5/55 is a promotion geared at providing customers with free minutes to

make regional calls. Such regional calls will be on-net to selected Digicel Caribbean

Territories.

 

2. Is the promotion for both Prepaid & Postpaid subscribers?

The ‘FREE AFTER 5/55’ promotion is available to both prepaid & post-paid

subscribers.

 

3. How can I qualify for this promotion?

Customers simply speak for the FIRST 5 minutes and get the next 55 minutes FREE

on that call.

 

4. If I make a local call for 5 minutes, will I get the next 55 minutes FREE on that call?

The ‘FREE AFTER 5/55’ promotion is NOT applicable to local calls. Customers who

make any local call will be charged at regular Peak/Off Peak/Weekend rates.

 

5. Can I call any Caribbean destination to benefit from the FA5/55 Promotion?

No. Customers can ONLY call selected Digicel Territories to benefit from this

promotion.

 

N.B. – Caribbean Countries include;

Anguilla, Barbados, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, St. Kitts & Nevis, Trinidad

& Tobago, Aruba, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Curacao & Turks & Cacaos,

Martinique and Guadeloupe.

6. If I have the exact amount for 5 minutes, will I still get the 55 minutes FREE?

Yes. If a customer has the exact amount for the 5 minutes, then the customer will

get the next 55 minutes FREE.

 

7. If I have a $0.00 balance, will I be able to participate and credit taken after I top

up? No. Credit is required to participate in the FREE AFTER 5 promotion.

 

8. Are Prepaid CUG customers able to participate?

Yes. Prepaid subscribers are able to participate in the promotion.

 

9. If I speak past 60 minutes will I be charged as normal?

If a customer’s call is longer than 60 minutes then the process starts over. The

customer is charged for the FIRST 5 minutes then gets 55 minutes FREE, the next 5

minutes would be charged and 55 minutes FREE. The customer does NOT have to

end the call and start again.

 

10. If I speak less than 60 minutes, will my minutes accumulate on another call?

No. Customers MUST remain on that call to get the full benefit of the promotion, i.e.

a total of 55 minutes.

 

11. Do I have to spend 60 minutes on a call?

No. Customers do not have to spend 60 minutes on a call. E.g. If I spend 20 minutes

on a call, I will be charged for the first 5 minutes and 15 minutes will be FREE.

 

12. Is there a particular time of day that I must call to benefit from this promotion?

No. Peak/Off-Peak/Weekend rates would apply during the promotion.

 

13. Am I able to participate while roaming?

No. Customers who are roaming will NOT be able to participate in the promotion.

Promotion is available to Pre-paid & Post-paid customers.

Customers are ONLY able to make calls to selected Digicel Territories;

Anguilla, Barbados, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, St. Kitts & Nevis,

Trinidad & Tobago, Aruba, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Curacao, Turks

& Cacaos, Martinique and Guadeloupe.

FREE minutes are acquired on a per call basis.

Customers MUST speak for 5minutes to get the next 55 minutes FREE.

Prepaid customers MUST have credit.

Promotion does not apply while roaming.
